Summer Season will run over term 4, 2026 & Term 1,

Registration fee  $ 435.00.

Our one off Fee includes:

•  All game sheet fees, training,& court hire.

• Accredited coaches to BV 'Club Level '

• Recognition of player achievements with the  presentation of trophies or medallions. 

• For a nominal fee, we provide a Holiday Clinic, during school holidays in January 2027  over 2 days. 

• We offer a discount for the 3rd and subsequent child in a family 

• Adult Coaches are entitled to a first child registration discount

• Discount for a  player in a regular second team 

• A registration fee Payment Plan, on application to the secretary

Team Selection

Team selection is governed by the Timberwolves Team Selection Policy (Resources/Policies above)

Selection Committee decisions take into account the best result for the Team/Player and are final

When registering please note :

• Requests to play with a reciprocating friend: specify one friend of similar ability. The club will do its best to fulfil the request.

• On advice from your Team Manager a team may 'continue',  from the current season. Please note this when registering

• If no friendship request is made then the player will be placed in a team to suit their ability.

• All existing Players please specify your singlet/ jersey number when registering

• Please use the freindship request or comments section columns to indicate information we can use for selection.  If none then leave blank.

Performance & Development ( P&D)  teams U12 and up

• These are voluntary, do not attend trials if do not wish to be in one of these teams 

• Teams  play at the highest level , usually division 1 or 2.

• Players choosing to try out for the P&D teams must attend trials on Monday 31st August 

• All P&D teams reset at the conclusion of a season and we reform the teams based on try-outs

•  If a player does not make a P&D team they can revert to a friendship request 

• Performance & Development Trials:

P & D team trials (ONLY SUMMER REGISTERED PLAYERS may  attend )

U12 Boys - CRTs 2&3

U14, Boys- CRTs 5 & 6

U12 Girls - CRTs 2 & 3

U16 Boys & U14 Girls - Half court each on CRT 4

Wednesday 2nd September at Parkhill Primary School 6-7 PM

U16 Girls - 

New players Trials : General Admisssion , NOT  for Performance /Developement Teams

Monday 31st August at Waverley Stadium 4-5 PM 

U12  to U16s only-Crt 2 

Under 8 &10 New players need only have their playing or skill experience listed under "comments" when registering
